Our services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

All prices include the following:

  • Employers liability insurance
  • Public liability insurance
  • Travel to and from the service user's home
  • 24 hour on call support service. Click here for more details.

We are fully available on public holidays but double rates apply. Please contact us for more details.

Although we do not charge for travel to and from the service user’s home, we do charge 40p per mile for any other mileage incurred. For example, prescription collection or accompanied trips.

Bills are sent out weekly. Payment is required within 7 days of the date on the invoice.

How to Pay?

We accept cash, cheque and direct bank transfer.

Under certain circumstances, we will allow the home carer to collect payment providing an arrangement has been made with the office.

A full receipt will always be issued.
